The Yamaha FG7 R Natural is a premium dreadnought-sized acoustic guitar, made in Japan for singer-songwriters seeking a broad, inspiring tonal palette. Thanks to its solid Sitka spruce top with scalloped X-bracing and a reinforced back, this FG delivers impressive projection with excellent definition: chords ring out clearly, with a brightness that beautifully complements your vocals. The solid Indian rosewood sides and back add full lows and richly layered overtones, ensuring you maintain a deep, resonant foundation whether strumming vigorously or playing dynamically.

Playing comfort, finish and stage sound

In terms of playability, you’re in good hands with the one-piece mahogany neck in a rounded V-profile: comfortable to hold and, thanks to the durable semi-gloss finish, smooth all the way up the neck. The ebony fingerboard and bridge ensure a tight, clear response, whilst the bone nut and saddle contribute to balance and sustain. The Gotoh open-gear tuning machines (cosmo black) look stylish and stay reliably in tune. Subtle Japanese details such as the washi paper label and refined inlays give it character. Includes a sturdy hard-shell case, Allen key and certificate of authenticity.
