So, what exactly is a silent disco? The concept is actually pretty simple. You want to party but you know the neighbours wouldn't be so happy about it, so setting up a silent disco is the ingenious and somewhat more sociable solution. The system is made up of sets of specially designed wireless headphones, transmitters and chargers so that everyone on the dance floor can bust moves to the same track without the need for massive speakers, or any neighbour-based bother. Silent discos can be almost endlessly expanded with extra sets of headphones - all receiving the same single from one transmitter. With many systems, it's also possible to add more than one transmitter and set each to their own channel. This makes for a more bespoke disco experience since party-goers can simply choose what they want to hear!
