The Phonic Acapela16 is a 16-channel mixer with a virtual user interface that can be controlled via your tablet. The only physical thing (other than the I/O) about the Acapela are its inputs, gain rotary knobs, -20 dB pad buttons, and headphone volume control. In the section where the channel strips are normally located, you can place your mobile device (iOS, Android, Mac or PC) and use the corresponding software to gain access to a dynamic interface. The Acapela16 offers you more functionality in a user-friendly interface than traditional mixing consoles.

It simply can't be stressed enough that this mixer may be small in size, but is huge in sound possibilities. Where a traditional compact mixer would offer a small equalizer and two aux/FX sends per channel at the most, the Acapela16 offers an entire studio of effects. It boasts a signal quality of 48 kHz/24 bit (internal 40 bit), which means plenty of potential for a wide range of applications. There are dynamics on every channel (compressor, limiter, etc.) as well as a 4-band equalizer. There are also two general effects processors at your disposal. The sky is the limit!
