The Yamaha FS7 R Natural is a premium acoustic guitar with a concert-style body, built in Japan for singer-songwriters seeking a broad, detailed tonal palette. Thanks to the solid Sitka spruce top with scalloped X-bracing and the extra-reinforced back, you get remarkably powerful projection with plenty of clarity, effortlessly supporting your vocals. The solid Indian rosewood sides and back add full-bodied lows and richly layered harmonics, whilst the ebony fingerboard and bridge ensure a crisp, clear attack. This FS feels dynamic and responsive, from subtle arpeggios to robust chords.

Japanese details, modern playability

In terms of finish, Yamaha combines subtle Japanese aesthetics with practical luxury: think of refined rosette details and inlays that pay homage to traditional craftsmanship. The one-piece mahogany neck with a rounded V-profile sits comfortably in the hand, and the semi-gloss finish allows you to glide smoothly along the neck. For extra stability, there are Gotoh open-gear tuning machines in cosmo black, plus a bone nut and bridge saddle for balance and sustain. If you wish to amplify the sound, the Atmosfeel™ pickup system helps you achieve a natural, well-defined tone. Supplied with a sturdy hardshell case (including a certificate, amongst other items).
