This acoustic flattop model has been masterfully built in Bandung, Indonesia to give you excellent sound and a remarkably comfortable playing feel. The triple-A quality Adirondack top not only looks absolutely gorgeous but helps to shape a rich, acoustic foundation sound that's beautifully loud and articulate enough for sophisticated playing dynamics. Meanwhile, the other body parts made of Javanese rosewood that keep same sound perfectly balanced.
The Homestead OMC: Balanced Sound and Stable Tuning for Carefree Playing
Together with the rosewood, the mahogany V-neck and Macassar ebony fretboard and bridge add smooth trebles and a touch of definition to the sound. The slim profile of the neck and the cutaway help to ease you into playing this OM acoustic while the satin-gloss makes sure you'll never end up sticking to the back of the neck. For authentically amplified sound, Homestead went with a preamp system by the renowned LR Baggs, with Grover Rotomatic machine heads to keep the tuning reliably stable. The Tusq bridge saddle and string nut also help out in that regard, but also give this OMC flattop its distinctive acoustic sound transfer.
