Fender Pawn Shop Bass VI

General

A rare Fender instrument until now: the Bass VI. This 6-string guitar with Jaguar-type body and a 30-inch scale length has its roots in the sixties and sits between a guitar and bass guitar. Its strings can be tuned one octave lower than those on a normal guitar, providing you with a bass guitar tuning with an exceptionally high treble range. A higher tuning, with thinner strings, makes the (3-colour Sunburst) Fender Pawn Shop Bass VI a baritone guitar.

The widely versatile Pawn Shop Bass VI

This new edition of a classic Fender guitar is equipped with three pickups. In the bridge position there's a JZHB humbucker that is characterised by crystal-clear cleans, yet is also capable of producing a rich, rough sound. In the middle and neck position, this guitar features two high-output single-coil pickups. In addition to its versatile sounds, the Bass VI offers a floating tremolo, Jazz Bass knobs, a 3-tone Sunburst finish and a tortoise pickguard.
