General

The DLM-12SA is the subwoofer from the DLM Series, which is equipped with a built-in amplifier that produces 2,000 W of peak power. This unit really is an excellent combination with the DLM-12A satellite speaker, but can also be combined with other speakers. The DLM units are all designed for mobile use and therefore very compact. Also, this particular unit only weighs 18.7 kg!

DLM-12SA: technology

The power of this subwoofer is provided by a 1,000W RMS class-D amplifier. Class-D's all use a switching power supply, so that heavy and unwieldy transformers are no longer required! The 1,000 watts are converted into an audible sound by a sturdy 12-inch woofer, which gives the subwoofer a range of up to 35 Hz, as well as a maximum SPL of 128 dB. This DLM-12SA is equipped with a top flange that can hold a distance rod on which you can mount the satellite speaker. The 12SA will function as a solid basis for your speaker system.

Total control with DSP

The back of the 12SA features a place for the optional USB DSP module. Using the DSP module makes it possible to adjust the internal DSP via a PC or laptop. That means yo ucan adjust the input volume, the EQs, and a variety of high-pass and low-pass filters. The DLM-12SA also features two independently adjustable XLR/jack combo inputs. ​You can daisy chain the signal from the crossover to the satellite speakers via two XLR outputs. The complete signal can also be transferred via the 2 XLR thru outputs.

DAP DLM-12SA subwoofer activo

Je viens de tester ce caisson basse seul avec des satélites JBL amplifiés. Je n'ai pas testé avec l'application qui est en option ! Mais j'ai préféré le DAP DLM-12SA qui cogne le plus fort, avec des bonnes basses profondes excellent pour équouter du funk (rappersdelight ou de la housse, dance etc...).

La définition de la basse ( lorsqu'on équoute le caisson seul: ce qui n'arrive pas en soirée)n'est pas aussi parfaite que la DAP DLM-12SA , mais le DAP DLM-12 SA cogne moin fort !

J'ai également testé le SAMSON AURO D1200 qui était mon second choix après DAP DRX-12BA .

Donc pour moi après 1 heure de test Ce caisson est bon avec des basse bien définie mais j'ai préféré le DAP DLM-12SA !

Ik heb deze sub nu twee jaar. Al heel wat optredens gedaan met deze sub maar heb nog geen dag spijt van deze. De mooie volle diepe bas die deze speaker geeft doet je toch denken aan 15 of misschien wel 18" Ja 18 kg aan gewicht dat is natuurlijk fantastisch voor een sub. Ik gebruik deze samen met de mackie srm 450
