Characteristics of the SV1-73 BK
The SV-1 is a true Korg digital piano, filled with the most popular and sought-after soul keyboard sounds. Decades of electro-mechanic, transistor, tube, analogue and digital legends have been united in a single collection, reproduced with a high level of realism. Even the controls of the SV1-73 have that vintage feel. The 36 sounds of the keyboard are all old friends - come and rediscover vintage electronic pianos, funky harpsichords, classic and cult organs, string machines and acoustic pianos.
Effect pedals, studio effects, weighted hammer action
In addition to its many sounds, the SV1 features a number of reissued versions of effect pedals and studio effects that restore sounds to their former glory. A tube-driven Valve Reactor circuit provides additional warmth, and a three-band equalizer, Pre-FX, Modulation-FX and Reverb/Delay add an extra dimension to your tone. The SV1 Stage Vintage Piano has an RH3 Real Weighted Hammer Action keyboard with the response of a classic electronic piano.
No menus or displays
The SV 1 can be easily operated without using any menus and displays, so you can start playing instantly without first having to study a manual for hours. You can store eight of your favourite sounds by simply keeping the right button pressed for a few seconds. The Editor/Librarian software allows you to edit and separately store each of the 36 sounds and your eight favourites. This enables you to exchange your favourite sounds with other SV1-73 users, and it also means that Korg is able to supply even more sounds in the future.
A wide range of connectors
The Stage Vintage Piano can effortlessly function in a modern audio environment, as it is fitted with balanced XLR and 1/4-inch outputs, left and right audio inputs, MIDI inputs and outputs, a USB MIDI port and three pedal connectors: Damper, Pedal 1 and Pedal 2. Pedal 1 has been assigned as a switch and can serve as a piano Sostenuto pedal or as a slow/fast switch for the Rotary Speaker effect. Pedal 2 is ideal for operating authentic wah effects and controlling the organ volume. Real perfectionists can also use Pedal 2 to operate the Una Corda function.
Characteristics of the Exp2 expression pedal
In addition to the SV1-73 BK, this Stage Pack provides you with an Exp2 expression pedal. This versatile EXP2 foot controller and/or expression pedal is compatible with most Korg keyboards, modules and effect processors. A slide on the side of the pedal allows you to adjust the minimum setting.
