General

The Presonus StudioLive AR12c renders the recording, mixing, and playback of high-end audio a stupidly easy process. Mix up to 14 mic, line, instrument, and even Bluetooth signals using this professional 14-channel desk - ideal for the modern, entirely independent musician, podcaster, or content creator. The SD/HC recording potential also makes the StudioLive AR12c a more than interesting prospect for mixing and recording mobile performances or podcasts, as well as pro-level home-studio recording. Each channel has a three-band EQ and a mic/line boost, and digital options are also provided, including an extensive collection of built-in reverb/delay effects, and the option to mix full, 96kHz-worth of audio-based glory directly to a Mac or PC via USB.

The Presonus StudioLive AR16c: Full-featured Audio Interface

Record and mix audio in true high-definition with sample rates of up to 96kHz. Record up to 14 input signals simultaneously in addition to the main mix and get an incredibly broad array of mixing options. Via USB, four audio-streams can be played back: an essential function that can be used to monitor recorded tracks, plus sound effects, loopback audio, and many other options. The XMAX microphone preamps ensure that you'll always have the right gain level and a distortion free signal, and Presonus have even had the presence of mind to include a USB-C cable with the StudioLive AR12c for eased connection to pretty much any computer.

Super Channel

Besides the built-in audio interface, the AR12c comes with what Presonus term a 'Super Channel'. This channel can take up to four simultaneous stereo inputs, offering space to integrate multiple devices into the workflow of your studio. Here, you can hook up a turntable using the RCA inputs; a phone using the mini-jack AUX input or simply stream wireless audio by pairing up with the 5.0 Bluetooth interface. One button switches the playback from stereo-audio from your PC to the onboard SD recorder and back again so that bumpers and sound-effects can be effortlessly injected into a podcast in real-time, or you can rehearse along with your best recordings. The Presonus StudioLive AR12c even comes with a copy of Presonus Capture live recording software included.

Ik vind het een geweldige mixer, Dit apparaat was aanzienlijk duurder dan de andere mixers die ik overwoog, maar het heeft ook een aantal geweldige functies (zoals SD-opname en bluetooth). Bij de aankoop zit er ook onder andere multi-track en DAW software bij, te downloaden via Presonus. Upgraden kan ook via.Presonus. Het product voelt solide en goed gebouwd aan. Met ingebouwde opname met twee sporen en de mogelijkheid om gemakkelijk naar 12-track opname te gaan met een pc, vind ik dit een geweldige koop.
Helaas na 1 jaar was het rechter kanaal van de mixer stuk inmiddels is er door BAX een nieuw exemplaar aangeleverd, hulde voor BAX voor de voortreffelijke afhandeling.

Degelijke mixer met vele mogelijkheden voor recording en mixing. De faders is voor mij een betere optie om te mixen. Ook recording en playback met een SDHC geheugen kaart is handig en de aanwezige stereo digitale effecten zijn van hoge kwaliteit. Ook de ingebouwde voeding is een aanwinst.
Overzichtelijk en vele aansluit mogelijkheden. Top live mixer voor mijn home studio.
