General

Each of the Meinl Sonic Energy Steel Tongue Drums shape a rich, warm and incredibly expressive sound. Whether playing with the hands or with the included rubber beaters, these rhythmic yet melodic instruments played intuitively and are therefore relatively easy to pick up. Different drums comes in different tunings, and the STD2BK has been specially tuned to the A-Akebono scale, so each of the eight steel tongues is tuned to A3, B3, C4, E4, F4, A4, B4 and C5. A protective bag also comes included.

Beste Allen, vorige week samen met mijn vrouw naar Bax Music geweest in Goes. Normaal gaat ze nooit mee. Toen ik boven op de drumstellen aan het spelen was zag zij daar de "Meinl STD2VB Sonic Energy Steel Tongue Drum A Akebono" staan. Met 1 slag erop was ze opslag verliefd, en vertelde mij dat ze dit instrument heel graag wilden kopen. Nu staat hij in het midden van de woonkamer en bespeelt ze hem regelmatig. Wat een klank, wat een geluid, bijna vreemd zo mooi. Ik word er bij spiritueel van.

Mooie warme en zuivere klanken. Je kan door het experimenteren al snel wat ritme's laten horen. Ik gebruik hem voor mijn Yoga lessen. Ben er blij mee!
