Los tambores de lengüeta de la serie Awakening de Pearl son de acero y tienen un diámetro de 10 pulgadas. Las lengüetas se cortan con láser para una afinación precisa. Este modelo morado tiene 9 lengüetas con notas de la escala de Do Akebono. Se puede tocar a mano o con las mazas incluidas.
