This steel-string Auditorium model features a classy matte black finish and has a bright core sound with light emphasis on the mid frequencies, thanks to the basswood top and rosewood fretboard. The neck, back and sides of the SA30A are made of catalpa wood, which produces a nice, resonant sound.
