General

Every Innox-designed double-door flight case has been moulded from ABS and reinforced with aluminium hardware. This flight case is 4U high and sets you up with 17-inches of installation depth for neatly and securely mounting most standard-sized 19-inch rack gear. The moulded shell of the Innox ABS-17-4UT has integrated feet and slots for a stable set-up and secure stacking, has been fitted with solid butterfly latches, and a set of wheels and a pull-out handle for comfortable loading in and out. This hard-wearing case comes complete with rackware.

  • Due to the wheel recesses, the actual installation height of this case is 3U. By mounting a connection panel with input/output ports, a power distributor, or a half 19-inch wireless microphone receiver, this will leave enough space for the full 4U capacity to be used.

It not really a 4U case. As mentioned by others it really is only a 3U case. The pull out handle gets in the way, unless you have a very very shallow rack to mount!. Having said that I bought it as a 3U case and it works fine. I would also mention that the "Express 24" delivery from ParcelForce took nearly a week.

It needs re-engineering. You can only realistically fit 3 rack units in it because the wheels are protruding.

On top of that, the wheels are higher than the handle, so that your ground level is uneven.

Meme si le produit est ce que je m'attendais attention à la capacité.

Il est vendu 4U mais a cause des poignées on ne peut pas vraiment remplir les 4U dans la totalité de la largeur!

On peut mettre une plaque de patch ou autre élément vraiment pas profond car les renforts de rues et les poignées empêchent l'ajout d'un élément standard.

Un peu déçu donc...

Het is een mooie, degelijke kist maar ze komt helaas niet overeen met de omschrijving.

De 19" bevestigings rails zijn inderdaad 4HE of 4U hoog, maar omdat de wieltjes en het uitschuifbaar handvat langs de binnenzijde zijn weggewerkt, behoud je nog maar max 3HE of 3U.

Daarboven op komt dat de wieltjes hoger zijn dan het handvat, waardoor je grondvlak oneffen is.

Ik adviseer om dit product te schrappen en opnieuw te engineeren, want iedereen die dit gaat kopen gaat het terug sturen.

Ik ben alvast voorstander van een trolley-systeem op je flightcase, maar niet op deze manier..
