This Sennheiser EW 300-2 IEM G3 promo pack consists of four wireless in-ear monitor systems whereby you are provided by an AC 3 active antenna combiner and an NT3-1 power adapter. If you are considering working with in-ears as a band, this bundle is what you need! By connecting the four separate receivers to the antenna splitter, you can use two antennas. Moreover, the receivers are powered by the ASA 3, so that you need only use one NT 3-1 adapter.
The Sennheiser EW 300-2 IEM G3 in-ear monitor system
Sennheiser's in-ear monitor systems are used all over the world by professionals and not without reason. The EW 300-2 is identical to the EW 300, but comes with an additional bodypack and in-ear monitor. Also, the EW 300 IEM G2 allows you to hear yourself in precisely the same way as your audience does. The special thing about this system is that the receiver is equipped with 'Adaptive Diversity' which uses the cable of the earpieces as a second antenna. The earphones come with various sleeves, in order to ensure a perfect fit for anyone. They reproduce the signal of the receiver very accurately. The outputs are equipped with pass-through, which allows you to split the signal and send it to other devices. The integrated five-band equalizer in the transmitter allows you to personalise the sound that goes into your ears.
Sennheiser's G3 series is the successor to the well-known G2 series. This new series of wireless systems distinguishes itself from its predecessor with its extensive range of new options. All devices out of the G3 series have a built-in equalizer, IR synchronisation, battery status and new 19-inch rackmounts.
Please note: this is the A version! The only difference compared to the B version is its frequency range of 516 to 558 MHz, which is most commonly used in Belgium. Although both versions can function, we recommend that you choose the A version for use in Belgium and the B version for use in the Netherlands. It is not possible to combine the A and the B version!
Sennheiser AC 3 and NT3-1 power supply
If you need to provide a complete band with wireless in-ear monitoring, you will have to face a jumble of antennas in your rack. Bundling signals and transferring them via one antenna is the ideal solution, in this scenario. With the Sennheiser AC 3, up to four wireless monitor transmitters out of the EW series can be serviced while you are using only one antenna. The SR 300 IEM G3 transmitters are powered via the BNC cables, so that no separate power supply is required for the transmitters. A NT 3-1 adapter powers the AC 3.
