The Shure P3TRA (S8) from the PSM300 series is an excellent in-ear monitoring system. This set uses the 823-832 MHz frequency band, and it consists of a bodypack receiver, a transmitter and various accessories, such as a BNC cable, a power supply, batteries and rack mounting materials. As it does not come with a pair of in-ear monitors, it's a great choice for people who already have a pair of in-ears, or who simply need to replace their transmitter and receiver. Furthermore, the main difference between the P3TRA system and the more affordable P3TR systems is the included receiver, as it has a robust metal housing, and several advanced features, such as an equaliser and a volume limiter.
