The Korg Pitchblack PB-01BM is a chromatic stage tuner for electric guitar and bass guitar. It has the same size as a regular effect pedal and comes in an ultra-rugged aluminium housing that can easily withstand life on the road. Despite its moderate dimensions, the Pitchblack is equipped with a large LED display that can effortlessly be read either on dark stages or in broad daylight. Thanks to this large note name display and a red LED on/off indicator, this Blue Metallic Pitchblack stage tuner allows you to quickly and easily tune your instrument.

The Pitchblack PB-01BM (Blue Metallic) features a detection range of E0 (20.60 Hz) to C8 (4.186 Hz) and an adjustable calibration frequency of 436 to 445 Hz. In addition to regular (bass) guitars, the Korg tuner supports seven-string guitars and six-string basses too, and offers you a choice of four different display modes: full strobe, half strobe, mirror and meter. The red LED indicators behave differently for each display mode, and two yellow triangular indicators show you when your tuning is pitch-perfect. This Blue Metallic edition of the Pitchblack chromatic stage tuner will only be available for a limited time.

True bypass

While you're tuning up, the Pitchblack automatically mutes your signal so you can tune in silence. When you're not using the tuner, the input signal is sent directly to the output without being affected by any circuitry. This true bypass function makes sure that your sound is not coloured in any way. The Korg Pitchblack PB-01BM is also fitted with a 9V DC output, which enables you to daisy-chain several pedals using a single power adapter.
