Like the popular Crying Tone, the Electro Harmonix Expression Pedal is part of the Next Step series, which means it is entirely free of moving parts. All you have to do to smoothly and precisely control an expression parameter of another pedal (such as a wah effect), is rock the Expression Pedal back and forth. In short, this EHX pedal is easy to operate, exceptionally durable and quite unique.

Connecting the Expression Pedal

The rugged Expression Pedal is compatible with any device that features an expression or CV input, and is powered by a 9V battery (included) or an optional adapter. Thanks to its adjustable and reversible range and calibration function, the pedal can be fully adjusted to suit your preferences. A TRS cable is included, so you can connect the Expression Pedal to effects with an expression input. For Control Voltage output, you can use a regular mono jack cable.
