Flight Designer Series DUC523 ukelele eléctrico-acústico de concierto con funda
Having wanted an electro acoustic concert ukulele for my collection I researched before purchasing. There appeared few reviews of the Flight DUC 523 but it looked very well made with a nice tone, right for an improving player like myself.
On arrival it hasn’t disappointed. It comes with a nicely padded gig bag which is certainly good for the job and appears well made. The ukulele itself, overall is beautiful with very nice tone. It has a built in tuner and pick up which is nice a light and doesn’t effect the balance and is inconspicuous.
The only let down although minor is the fret ends which on first encounter are a bit rough and not bound or tapered off.
Otherwise I love it. The tuners are excellent with virtually no need to retune until settled as normal, maintaining their tuning throughout.
To me this ukulele is absolutely excellent for the price matching a Tenor uke I have which was more than a £100 more.
