What's more, if you want to add your own custom sounds (samples), this workstation has 400 MBs of RAM available to store those on. You can also create your own styles, or import them as MIDI files. Finally, the Pa4X is a great instrument for gigging, as it's small enough to fit on the back seat of your car, and its built-in HDD allows you to bring all your music and sounds with you.

It’s impossible to list all of the Korg Pa4X’s many features in a single paragraph, but we would like to point out a few highlights. MP3 and MIDI files can be easily played back. It’s even possible to play back two files simultaneously, in which case a crossfader determines the balance between the two. In addition to a collection of great sounds and the option to import your own samples - which basically makes this a timeless instrument - you get a number of fantastic effects.
