The wireless CME Xkey Air 25 is just as revolutionary as the original Xkey. The regular USB model Xkey set itself apart with its polyphonic aftertouch, highly comfortable keys and its remarkably compact frame. And now, with the arrival of the Xkey Air, the practically perfect mobile MIDI keyboard is more portable than ever before. No need for cables, this instrument connects to your device via Bluetooth - and it does so without an increase in latency! Simply pair it up with your iPad, iPhone, Mac, Android device or Windows PC, and you're good to go.

Xkey Air: minimalist and elaborate at the same time

When looking at the slim, 1.3lb Xkey Air, all you see are its 25 full-sized keys, and the row of Smart Buttons on the left side. These buttons allow you to control various practical functions, such as octave change and pitch bend, and there's even a sustain control. The most remarkable feature, however, is the polyphonic aftertouch: simply keep a key pressed and add a vibrato effect, for instance, by gently moving your finger. That even works for each key individually!
