The compact heavy base of the stand provides the same stability as a normal three-legged stand base. The base is equipped with a rubber insert that prevents vibrations from polluting your microphone signal.
A microphone clip is easily installed on this stand thanks to its threaded connector. You can even attach a rock 'n roll mic to get that 'Elvis' feel.
