ReCycle 2.2 by Propellerhead is specialised audio software that allows you to manipulate your loops and grooves without sacrificing sound quality. It does this by analysing samples and breaking them up into rhythmic components. Typically, when you time-stretch a sample the sound changes too. With Recycle, however, because the sample is broken down into small pieces, the software can stretch the time in between the pieces rather than the samples themselves thereby retaining the original sound quality of the sample. You can change tempos, edit and even replace sounds and there are many more possibilties too. With ReCycle you won't have to rely on pre-made loops any more as you'll be able to turn them into exactly what you want.

Hoofdzakelijk kan je samples indelen en uit elkaar trekken met gemak waardoor je ineens een nieuwe sample database genereert zonder al te veel moeite.
Wat hoofdzakelijk de bedoeling is dat je met recycle je eigen loops/REX files kan maken.
Dit heeft wel wat tijd nodig om dit goed onder de knie te krijgen.
Eenmaal daar dan kom je tot de ontdekking dat je daanzij dit programma eigenlijk nooit meer een samplepack/disk of refill hoeft te kopen om te verversen.
Je kunt nu simpelweg je eigen Reason refills maken.
Zonder grenzen. Echt essentieel programma voor de Reason gebruiken..
