Sonarworks' Reference 4 Headphone Edition calibration software removes any colouration from your headphones to leave you with the most neutral sound possible. Only then can you truly hear your music the way it actually sounds allowing you to create the most accurate mixes. Reference 4 can be used as an AU, VST, RTAS or AAX plugin format on your DAW or there's a system wide app that can be used on its own with your PC or Mac.
