General

Roland's Aira series features a number of old-school legends in a new, modern housing. The synthesizers are virtually analogue - at Roland the term 'ACB technology' has been coined - which means the hardware and sound of the TB-303, TR-808 and TR-909 have been minutely reproduced. The new Aira models are more versatile than their originals, offering more sounds, more options, modern controls, USB support, etc. That is not all, however. The System-1, for instance, is a hybrid of a virtually analogue synthesizer and a plug-in host - a concept that requires some further explanation. At Roland, plug-ins of old synthesizers are manufactured (take Roland's SH-101, for instance), which can be run in your DAW, using the System-1 as a controller. The plug-ins can also be uploaded to the System-1, in which case the plug-in can be run as a stand-alone.

Who will benefit from this bundle?

Look for an original TB-303, TR-808 or TR-909 online, and you'll see that prices have skyrocketed. Whether you agree or disagree, the fact remains that hype and rarity are important factors in the second-hand, vintage gear trade. These new Aira products offer a great alternative for EDM producers who cannot (or will not) spend thousands of euros on an original. Even if you already own a vintage product, the Aira upgrades may still be an interesting option, as they offer more extensive functionality.

The Aira products in this bundle are particularly suited for EDM producers and performers, and are ideal for genres such as Trance, Dubstep, Goa, Acid and even synth pop. Together, they offer you a wide range of functions and options to create all the building blocks you need for your tracks: bass, drums, melody/chords and vocals.

Top ik heb mijn nieuwe tb3 binnen. De eerste die ik bestelde functioneerde niet goed, een hardwarematige fout dus die moest helaas terug. Geen probleem vanuit deze heldenwinkel. Het apparaat ( de vervangende werkende) speelt heerlijk weg. Je kan intuïtief baslijnen droppen als een malle. Het vermogen al je werk automatisch op te slaan is fantastisch kortom een droom van een bass-synthesizer. Bij een geweldige winkel

Al jaren kijk ik ernaar uit om een soortgelijke ervaring te kunnen krijgen als die van een TB-303 van vroeger. Maar tegelijkertijd wilde ik een apparaat dat mee is gegaan met zijn tijd en nieuwe innovaties bracht. De touch synthesizer is precies dat. Er zijn nog zoveel dingen die ik kan ontdekken met dit apparaat, daar ik het voornamelijk voor studiogebruik inzet. Ik kan niet wachten op een keer iets met een live setup te testen. De gebruiksvriendelijkheid nodigt dit namelijk zeker uit.

Het is zeker de moeite om hem te kopen!

Ik ga beginnen met de +punten:
-Handig in gebruik zowel standalone als met de computer.
-er zitten toffe presets in en je kunt er zelf maken.

Nu een minpunt:
-je moet betalen voor plug-out en voor hem te hebben als plugin.

Al bij al blij dat ik hem heb!

1 van de beste drumcomputers van Roland voor live perfomances daar waar de boutiques uitblinken in de studio heb je aan deze een beest op het podium, zeker met de uitbreidingsset heel compleet, verdwijnt nooit uit mijn setup.

Geweldig drum computer, die de naam Roland weer eer aan doet. Hij werkt een stuk handiger dan een losse pad of een keyboard in Live. Het is even wennen aan de interface en de handleiding is niet alles (te summier), maar daar staat tegenover dat alle bekende Roland sounds er in zitten. Prima afwerking en als minpuntje de speciale netvoeding. Dat had universelre gemogen. Maar overal zeer tevreden over dit apparaat.

Escribió lo siguiente sobre Roland TB-3 Touch Bassline sintetizador de bajo

Ik had als eerste de TR8s gekocht en kon het niet laten de TB3 te laten liggen.
Wilde heel graag weten wat het apperaatje allemaal kan, en dat is behoorlijk veel.
De TB3 is een hele goed aanvulling voor mijn Aira opstelling.

Top apparaat. Doet wat het moet doen, goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.

Je kan dit als een nadeel zien maar de enige geluidsamples die erin zitten zijn van een originele Roland 808 & Roland 909.
Er zijn enkele expension packs te koop maar de beperking heeft ook weer zijn charme.

De TB-3 van Roland is een mooie compacte Bass-synth. Vrij makkelijk in gebruik met vele presets.

Het Touchscreen is ook goed verlicht. Met de Env. modulation ben je in staat om de tone te wijzigen.

Prima Synth. Ik gebruik de TB-3 ter ondersteuning van mijn V-Drums van Roland.
