The BlipBlox from Playtime Engineering is a fully-functional synthesizer that's been specifically designed for children. Any wee one from the age of 3 and up is sure to love the creative blips, bleeps and other sounds this happy little synth produces! Disguised as an intriguing and educational toy, the BlipBlox is amazingly inspiring and helps to boost creativity. The multiple active LEDs fitted to its face respond to the music, and the controls have been designed in such a way that any grubby and grabby little hands won't be able to pull them off easily. Even the plastic housing is water and shock resistant as part of the child-proof construction and, since zero experience making music is required to use the BlipBlox, there's absolutely nothing from stopping kids to discover sounds and making their own music. In the end, this toy-based synth is still a fully-fledged unit, meaning it can even be connected to a computer via MIDI so that even adults can use it to get creative with their samples.
