This DJ set by Reloop is incredibly complete. It features two RP-2000M turntables and you can put the RMX-22i two-channel DJ mixer in between. The mixer is easy to connect to your tablet or smartphone and of course it will also work with your laptop. Features such as the curve setting on the crossfader and four high-quality effects illustrate the professional nature of the mixer. You'll also find that the direct-drive turntables react quickly, as they're connected directly to the motor. As such, you can start and stop quickly, which only makes mixing that much easier!

Plenty of connection possibilities

Unlike many of its peers, the RMS-22i is well-equipped with inputs and outputs. Every channel can switch between phono, CD and the iPad input. You've got a master output, a booth output, and a headphone output at your disposal. The two channels are equipped with a 3-band equalizer so you can alternate between 'modern' and 'classic' mode. The microphone channel is equipped with a separate two-band EQ. As you can see, you've got enough options to put together an optimal mix!

Starter turntable

Thanks to its design and its price, the RP-2000M is an excellent turntable for travelling DJs as well as those who are just starting out. It's not often that you get a direct-drive turntable that's great for learning how to spin vinyl with this kind of price tag. While the motor is powerful enough for scratching, it still needs a bit of time to speed up again after heavy scratching. If scratching isn't really your thing and you'd rather just play records, then the Reloop RP-2000M is a brilliant turntable with an excellent price quality ratio.
