Designed for professional applications in large spaces, including lecture theatres, conference centres, galleries and museums, the Sony VPL-FHZ91L laser projector delivers impressively sharp and crisp imaging. The immense 9,000 lumen light output supports large projection surfaces and remains defined and visible, even in bright lighting conditions. Using 'Reality Creation' technology, lower resolution video files are scaled up using a pattern-matching process and on-board pattern database, so while the image is sharpened, no noise is left behind. Everything is calibrated via a bank of Smart settings, so you can set the brightness level, the colours and even control the cooling system as well as more basic settings and, thanks to lens-shift adjustment options and the wide variety of lenses it can be coupled with, this projector can be used in virtually any location.
Consistent Performance
The pre-equipped laser boasts an expected lifespan of 20,000 hours, removing the need for regular replacements and even for regular maintenance, while Sony guarantee that the brightness level remains consistent throughout the laser's lifespan. The VPL-FHZ91L projector can be integrated into AV environments that are run by control, management and monitoring systems, such as Crestron Connected™ or Extron® XTP™ systems. This model can also be safely used in smaller spaces since the lens can be shifted so as not to distract the audience. Add the compatible VPLL-Z4111 lens (sold separately) and six lens positions can be saved to the on-board memory and called up later to save on setup time. All of this is packed inside a slim housing that can be discreetly installed or suspended from a ceiling.
