The NanoVerb is one of Alesis' most compact and popular effect processors. This NanoVerb 2 is an updated version that is guaranteed to uphold the great reputation of its predecessor thanks to its excellent features. The NanoVerb 2 offers the same basic functionality as the original NanoVerb, but tops them off with a number of great additions.
Effect processor with 256 presets in various types
The Alesis NanoVerb 2 is equipped with sixteen program settings with sixteen variations each, resulting in a total of 256 unique presets. With effect types from hall, spring and plate to tremolo, chorus and delay, this effect processor offers you a wide range of options, even including combo effects like delay/reverb, flanger/reverb and chorus/reverb for that additional edge.
Alesis NanoVerb and NanoVerb 2: the differences
There are a number of differences between the original Alesis NanoVerb and the updated Alesis NanoVerb 2. The main distinction is of a functional nature: whereas the NanoVerb was equipped with an 18-bit resolution processor, the NanoVerb 2 features a 52-bit model, which improves its reaction time considerably. Additional, smaller differences between the two effect processors are for instance the maximum delay time - at 1,000 ms the NanoVerb 2 takes the cake!

De Nanoverb voldoet aan al mijn verwachtingen. Een klein en handig apparaat. Zeker voor net dat extra's die je aan je geluid wilt toevoegen.

Hartelijk dank voor uw reactie. Helaas ontbreekt er op dit product inderdaad een aan/uit knop. Dit product word vaak gebruikt in een effectenrack welke over het algemeen in zijn geheel aan en uit gezet word. Als u zich dit bedenkt is het niet zo vreemd dat Alesis deze optie achterwege heeft gelaten.
Wanneer de processor in de studio word gebruikt is dit inderdaad een ander gebruik en zal het inderdaad een probleem kunnen zijn. De alesis is wat mij betreft daarom meer een processor voor live-gebruik dan dat deze in de studio word ingezet. Uiteraard is er volop keuze wanneer u een processor zoekt welke een aan/uit knop heeft.

Apparaat staat dus 24/7 aan en gaat ook niet op standby.
Alesis USA adviseerde mij met klem om het apparaat uit het stopcontact te trekken als ik hem niet gebruik maar dat is niet te doen als je alles netjes wil inbouwen.
Ga op zoek naar een vergelijkbare maar dan wel met aan/uit knop.
4 sterren als deze knop er op had gezeten en zonder de knop 1 dus gemiddelde van 2 sterren.
