General

An audio set is only as good as the signal it’s introduced to it. To make sure that you can make the most of your sound system, Samson have developed this four-channel compressor/limiter, which allows you to power four separate groups. You can adjust many different preferences in order to create as perfect a sound as possible. For starters, a compressor is installed which ensures that you won't be bothered by annoying peaks in your music. The limiter ensures that you will stay within the boundary dB values. Live applications can also benefit greatly from use of the S-com 4. A gate can be switched on which ensures that when no signal is transmitted, the connection to the sound set will temporarily be switched off, so that the audience won't hear any annoying noise or other unwanted sounds.

These options are all easy to operate with buttons and rotary knobs, and thanks to the clear LED VU meters you will always be able to check the sound characteristics at all times. At the rear of the S-com 4 you will find different inputs and outputs. 6.3mm jack and XLR connectors ensure that you can always professionally connect any system. You will also find a button at the rear which ensures that you can adjust the signal with -10 or +4 dB for the signal reception. It’s the perfect choice for small and medium-sized systems.

Een degelijk apparaat. Netjes en op tijd geleverd.heb hem getest met zang en akoestische gitaar, De enhancer functie brengt netjes de helderheid terug wanneer je wat zwaarder comprimeert. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding maakt het een unit die je zeker in je rack kunt hebben.

Prima toestel . Het is alleen wat uitzoeken voor DJ die vooral actief was in de 80's wat zo een ding allemaal kan . Een Nederlandstalige handleiding is niet aanwezig

Gelukkig vind ik wel info online ook bij Bax . Soms moet ik op feestjes wel tot 4 Micro's opstellen . Dan heeft hij echt zijn nut . Hij staat gewoon voor mijn eindversterking .

Boven verwachting deze s com 4 van Samson.
Had eerst de mdx4600 van behringer, deze bleek defect te zijn, na terug zenden naar Bax de s com 4 van Samson besteld. Deze bleek een veel betere keus te zijn. Ik gebruik hem in hoofdzaak bij het opnemen/PA-versterken van de drum set van een muziek groep. De bediening is makkelijk en eenvoudig en het apparaat doet uitstekend waar het voor gemaakt is. Voor mij een goede keuze die ik van harte anderen kan aanbevelen dit apparaat de S Com 4 van Samson te kopen.

Prima apparaat voor het geld! En het ziet er beter uit dan weer een Behringer ding in je rack.

Functionaliteit is prima, doet wat het moet doen en verder niet klagen.

De "enhancer" is echt heel slecht en de adaptive knee weet soms niet of ie nou had moeten buigen of strekken, maar ik heb hem voor de kleine Sinterklaas en karaoke klusjes in een rackje met drie AKG Mini Pro PT40 ontvangertjes zitten en zo moet je hem ook gebruiken en zeer tevreden over zijn.

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding maakt het een unit die je zeker in je rack kunt hebben. Persoonlijk houd ik ervan om verschillende compressoren tot mijn beschikking te hebben en deze zie ik als een goede aanvulling. Ik ben het met de andere recensie eens dat deze wat beter is dan de Behringer, hoewel ook die in mijn rack zit en vaak gebruikt wordt.
