If you have an older version of SampleTank or use instruments like SampleMoog or Miroslav Philharmonik, you can load them easily into the program. Realistic sounds
What makes the instruments in Sampletank 3 so convincing, is the attention to dynamics and articulation, which emphasise length and volume of the notes that are played, and 'round robins', which are small variations in the tonal characteristics that automatically occur when a note is repeated, like a drum roll on a snare, for instance. Last but not least, all these virtual instruments sound natural at any pitch thanks to IK Multimedia's Stretch engine.
