You bet it would, and you can do using Blue Cat Audio PatchWork: a third-party plug-in host designed for creating effects chains that can be stored as presets. PatchWork offers full MIDI support and room for 64 plug-ins (VST, VST3, AU), allows you to create eight parallel chains, and comes pre-loaded with 30 Blue Cat effects so you can get started right away. Convenient, and maybe even essential!
