A Key Touch Control function with three levels determines the extent to which your playing style affects the piano's sound, and thanks to a polyphony of 120 voices, this Korg will never choke on your notes. With the LP-380 RW, an authentic piano feel is ensured!
LP-380-RW: sounds
In order to simulate the sound of an acoustic piano, high-quality samples are of the essence. Fortunately, the LP-380 is equipped with stereo samples that are divided over four dynamic layers, which means a powerful stroke actually produces a more feisty piano tone, while subtle strokes deliver a more nuanced sound. The digital piano offers a total of thirty sounds, including 5 pianos, 7 electric pianos, and various organs and strings. Characteristics like chorus, brightness and reverb can be freely adjusted to suit your preferences.
Various temperaments and powerful speakers
To allow for a historically correct sound and performances with other (acoustic) instruments, the LP-380 offers a choice of nine different temperaments, including various baroque tunings and more experimental scales. Of course transpose and fine-tune options are also featured. At two times 22 watts, the piano's built-in speakers provide plenty of power to reproduce your playing beautifully. As they have been mounted right beneath the keyboard, you can feel the keys resonate with their sound, making the acoustic experience even more life-like.
