Backed by rewritten and improved algorithms, this pedal can be used to experiment with insane tape and analogue delay effects, including 2290 delay, tape delay and loop delay. Compared to the original, the Flashback 2 even comes with an additional effect in the form of crystal delay.

The TC Electronic Flashback 2 Mini Delay: Put More Feel Into Your Playing

The Flashback 2 is one of those TC Electronic pedals that comes blessed with the brand's innovative MASH switch. This means that the amount of pressure you exert on the footswitch determines how the effect sounds. Not only that, but you can add your own sounds to this ever-flexible pedal via the free TonePrint app and there's a 40 second looper on board as well. While the Flashback 2 doesn't have a tap tempo function, you can always hook up an external footswitch to expand your options.
