With the CH-10, Valeton pays homage to the CE-2 Chorus by Boss, a popular pedal that is hard to come by these days. If you're looking for that typical eighties chorus sound made famous by bands like Van Halen, this stomp box is the perfect solution. It uses the renowned ClassicMN3007 chip to create a classic sound with rich overtones, and can easily be operated by means of two knobs: Rate and Depth. The CH-10 has a durable metal housing that makes it road-proof, and its buffered bypass guarantees minimal signal loss between your guitar and your amp.

Een heel toffe choruspedaal! Prijs-kwaliteit is dit een fantastisch leuk ding dat zeker kan opboksen tegen gelijkaardige pedalen van rond de 100 euro. Oorspronkelijk was ik op zoek naar een Boss CE-2, waarop dit pedaal gebaseerd is, maar ik ben blij dat ik voor de Valeton gegaan ben. Neemt weinig plaats in op mijn pedalboard, gaat van warme, trage Chorus tot snelle vibrato-achtige klanken die ik graag in jazz/fusion gebruik, John Scofield-gewijs. Ik moest in het begin wennen aan het ontbreken van een level-knop, maar nu ben ik het gewoon en zou ik hem niet meer willen missen!
