The W2 Overdrive Fuzz form Xvive's professional W series does exactly what it says it will. The pedal houses both an overdrive and a fuzz circuit, both of which can be used separately and deliver outstanding quality. The Overdrive belongs in the classic 'screamer'-type category, while the Fuzz is reminiscent of that groovy '70s sound. These effects stand their ground separately, but the magic really happens when they're mixed. You can go from a light drive with a subtly sexy edge to a hard-hitting Fuzz with extra 'cajonies' using the overdrive circuit.
