Lehle Basswitch Classic Boost

General

The Lehle/RMI Basswitch Classic Boost is modelled after the boost function on the larger Basswitch, just like its Clean counterpart. Both were developed in collaboration with the renowned Ruppert Musical Instruments (RMI) and deliver a clean boost. The Classic however is optimised for bass guitars with JJ, P and PJ-style pickup configurations. In any position, the 3-band tone control offers a completely transparent sound.

The Classic Boost sound

By turning the gain control to the most efficient setting, you can determine how much volume you want to add to the headroom-heavy Basswitch Classic Boost. Use the three tone controls to tweak your sound, and you'll be able to hear that the well-known brand Lehle have taken into account how tone controls for bass are meant to behave. What's more, the Classic and Clean can also function as a second channel for the regular Basswitch.
