General

At large festivals and outdoor events you sometimes see cables going across the road with rubber mats on top of them. This is enough protection for the audience, as it prevents people tripping over them and the cables are well protected.

Sometimes traffic has to go over cables as well though, and in these cases a rubber mat like that is not enough to resist the pressure of a car tyre.

This is why Showtec has developed the Cable Bridge of which this is the second generation. It consists of a synthetic casing in which the cables can be placed, with a lid on top. Several of these can be connected together like puzzle pieces.
