The Roland RMP-5 is an advanced practice pad with a pleasant feel and a wide range of great sounds. This practice pad is equipped with a solid housing and an adjustable mesh head that feels very natural. The RMP-5 is easy to operate and all settings are visible on a large, well-organised LCD display. Due to the external dual-trigger input, it is possible to expand the Roland RMP-5 into an ultra-compact digital drum kit.

Sounds of the RMP-5

The Roland RMP-5 offers a range of highly realistic sounds, including 40 high-quality samples of snare drums, cymbals and percussion instruments. The metronome features a number of different sounds as well, including a regular click and a human voice counting. The pattern can be adjusted (samba, jazz, etc.), enabling you to practise nearly any music style.

Rhythm Coach

The Rhythm Coach functionality offers various exercises that enable you to develop your speed, endurance and precision skills. Time Check, Auto Up/Down and Stroke Balance help you work on your drum stick technique, for instance. The Rhythm Coach measures your performance, enabling you to keep accurate track of your development.
