The Moog Sound Studio 2: What's in the Box?
Sealed up inside this fun-pack is the magic combo of a Subharmonicon and DFAM, as well a mixer annex power hub; a neat rack for building a tight tabletop setup; a fistful of patch-leads and a nice little patch organiser; a custom-designed booklets packed with patch-diagrams; and to aid you on your sonic journey, Moog have included the cardboard-cut-out help of a fully clothed frog, a ghost sporting a cowboy hat, a juice box (straw included), a duck-piloted plane, and an all important potted bonsai tree. On top of that, a set of dice so you can play a little routing-roulette, a screwdriver and a colour-printed storage box all come included.
Professional Synths
This pack has definitely been curated to demystify the pure magic that is synthesis. The two desktop modules each provide a bank of patch gates that have been labelled so you can quickly figure out which route will shape what sound. As such, this is essentially an educational synth setup. Every control element is clean; clearly marked with its respective function and the cockpits have been cleared of any over-thought menus and parameters.
