With video recordings, a wireless audio transmission system is preferable above the old-fashioned cabled version. No annoying microphone stands get in the way of the image and the speaker doesn't have to hold a microphone. At concerts, a wireless performer will also enjoy a lot more mobility. The Samson Airline Micro Camera compact wireless camera system is precisely what you need to allow for such a connection. The performer or speaker carries a transmitter, connected to a small clip-on (lavalier) microphone, while the receiver picks up this signal within a range of 100 metres - in high quality! Thanks to the small size of the receiver, it can be mounted on camcorders and DSLR cameras.

What does this package contain?

This bundle contains an AL2 transmitter and an AR2 receiver. You can fasten the transmitter to your belt, while the receiver can be fastened to the camera with a special holder. Via the 3.5mm non-balanced audio output on the AR2, you can transmit the audio signal to a camera or other device via the accessory cables. All required cables are included in this bundle, including charger, adapter, manual, carrying pouch and even an LM10 lavalier microphone, so that you can get started right away. There are four versions with different frequencies available. This is the E4 model with a frequency of 864.875 MHz. For other frequencies, you should select the E1, E2 or E3 model.

Energy consumption

You can hit the road with a light heart, as there is a battery life of 10 hours. The powerful lithium-ion battery is a great improvement compared to the more traditional nickel-cadmium batteries. This AirLine is therefore excellently suited for commercial media companies, camera people and TV studios.
