General

The Samson Airline Micro Camera wireless system (freq. E1) is a complete pack, designed for the wireless transmission of audio recordings. You can for instance use it to interview someone who is wearing a small clip-on microphone, connected to a transmitter. The camera unit can carry the receiver, which in its turn sends the sound signal through to the line-in of the camera. As this receiver is highly compact, it is well fit for smaller camcorders and the popular DSLR cameras. The sound quality is extremely high of course! The transmission frequency of this E1 system is 863.125 MHz, three Airline systems with other frequencies are also available.

In this package you will find an AL2 transmitter (to fasten to your belt, for instance) and an AR2 receiver, both in a durable aluminium housing. The AR2 receiver has a 3.5mm non-balanced audio output for line and microphone signals. A special holder is also included in the package, which you can use to fasten the AR2 to the hot shoe of a camera. Furthermore you will find the required cables, an LM10 lavalier microphone (omnidirectional), three pop shields, a charger, adapter, manual and carrying pouch.
