With the wireless BLX14-P31 system, Shure offers a complete headset at an attractive price. It's perfect for musicians who like to keep their hands free to play their instruments! The set consists of a PGA31 condenser microphone, a BLX4 receiver and BLX1 transmitter. Once you've linked the microphone to the transmitter using the TA4F connector, all you have to do is match the frequencies of the receiver and the bodypack.

PGA31 headset microphone

The PGA31 headset microphone that comes with this set has a rugged design and fits comfortably on your head, so you can easily wear it for longer stretches of time. Thanks to its cardioid pickup pattern, this wireless condenser headset microphone picks up sound sources right in front of it, while suppressing sound from the sides and back. As this leaves little room for feedback, you can even use it on a stage with floor monitors.

BLX4 receiver

The wireless BLX4 receiver is remarkably easy to use; at the push of a button, it automatically searches for an available frequency. Set the transmitter to the same frequency and your wireless set is ready to use. To ensure optimal signal strength, the antennas of a wireless system have to be properly attuned. The BLX4 is equipped with internal antennas that are already set up properly, guaranteeing optimal reception. What's more, these internal antennas cannot get damaged during transport either.
