The ultra-complete DPA d:vote CORE 4099 Classic Touring Kit 10 bundles up ten condenser microphones, handing engineers detailed control over the sound whether they need to capture a classical ensemble, a full orchestra or choir and retain balance across every section. This extensive touring kit also includes a full assortment of clips so the microphones can be mounted directly onto virtually any instrument, removing the need to set up a small forest of microphone stands. To complete the pack, DPA also include a pack of microdot to XLR adapters and extension cables, and everything comes pre-packed inside a road-ready Peli hard-case.
The d:vote CORE 4099 Microphone
The d:vote CORE 4099 microphone from DPA is an incredibly compact electret condenser with a super-cardioid pickup pattern and, since some acoustic instruments produce more sound pressure than others, this microphone also comes in two flavours. The Loud SPL version is designed for instruments that produce up to 142 dB SPL while the Extreme SPL mic can take on instruments like drums or brass that push the 152 dB SPL mark. Each of the d:vote CORE 4099 microphones are fitted with a microdot socket that, combined with the right adapter plug, can be used alongside virtually any wireless system.
