This full-range microphone can capture signals of 20 to 20,000 Hz (+/- 3 dB) with its 25mm diaphragm. With a maximum SPL of 130 dB, the CV-95 can process a high-volume audio source with extreme accuracy. The true excellence of this product, though, is found in the included power supply, the PS-1BV. It allows you to select the directional characteristic of the microphone, which ranges from omnidirectional to cardioid to figure 8 and six steps in between. Compared to most studio microphones, that feature allows for a lot more flexibility and is sure to make a studio engineer's job a lot easier!
