The Austrian Audio OC818 is not just any large-diaphragm condenser microphone. Fitted with the renowned CK12 capsule found in many of the classic studio models made by another famous Austrian brand, this microphone already comes with hefty credentials. Stepless pickup pattern adjustments, attenuator and low-cut filter control is also offered when using the OCR8 bluetooth remote control (not included), saving you a lot of running back and forth from the control room. The two outputs also means that the pickup pattern can be toggled after set up, so that the right balance between the two diaphragms can be struck, and this can even be done wirelessly via the free Polardesigner app that also works with other dual output microphones.
