The PLAYdifferently MODEL 1.4 is a more compact but no less professional version of the popular MODEL 1. In addition to a high-end analogue circuit, extensive EQ shaping potential and ample connection options, this 4-channel DJ mixer comes decked out with tactile controls, twin-rail faders, an AUX section and FX send and return ports. Ready to switch between two individually adjustable Cues to route the signals to the two different headphone outputs with a back-to-back DJ set-up? This mixer - and the top components inside - have been functionally formed for effortless, intuitive control during live performances.
The MODEL 1.4: Studio-Grade Analogue Circuits
Thanks to studio-grade analogue circuits and a balanced master mix bus, the MODEL 1.4 shapes a warm sound and covers an extreme dynamic range with extremely little distortion or noise. The optimised highs and lows can be further tweaked to taste using the Master Filters (HPF / LPF) and the sculpting and contouring options of the built-in EQ, and to finish, PLAYdifferently have installed a set of high-quality phono preamps and balanced TASCAM DB255 inputs in support of external sound cards and fixed rigs on location.
