General
Mackie was the first company that made it possible to mix an entire production by means of an iPad, and is not stopping there. Unlike its predecessors, the DL1608 and the DL806, the DL32R has a 3U-high 19" housing. Featuring 32 input channels and 14 output channels, this digital mixer has everything it takes to offer even the most demanding bands a rock-solid mix. Using a LAN connection, it's possible to operate the DL32R by means of your iPad. If you have a wireless router, you can even control it wirelessly!
Mackie DL32R: Endless Possibilities
Digital mixers excel at audio editing, and the DL32R offers virtually unlimited options. Each channel has an adjustable 4-band parametric equalizer, gate, compression and delay, while each output features a 31-band equalizer, a limiter and a compressor. In other words, this rack mixer will serve a wide range of purposes. You can use it as a standard PA mixer for pop venues, houses of worship, theatres and festivals, but it functions just as well in a fixed installation with various halls. Thanks to its incredible processing power, the DL32R is remarkably versatile.
A Variety of Inputs and Outputs
That's right, with the Mackie DL32R you won't run out of inputs or outputs any time soon. No fewer than 32 microphone inputs with Onyx preamps and Cirrus Logic AD converters ensure high-quality, professional performance. Meanwhile, the mixer's 16 outputs provide you with plenty of options for individual monitor mixes. In fact, it's even possible to set up a connection between your phone and the DL32R, so each musician can create their own monitor mix. There's not a situation too complex for this rack mixer!
