General

The Mackie ProFX30v2 is a live mixer that enables you to connect a large collection of instruments, microphones and other audio sources. It offers a variety of options, durable construction and an ultra-professional sound combined with great value for money. This mixer is built like a tank, as Mackie themselves boast, and it's equipped with Mackie's own ultra-quiet Vita microphone preamps. What's more, it has sixteen excellent reverb, delay and chorus effects, four compressors, USB stereo in/out and a 7-band master-EQ.

ProFX30v2: mono and stereo channels

The ProFX30v2 has an impressive 24 XLR inputs, four of which have a built-in compressor, which means you won't need as much peripheral gear. You can connect four stereo sources and the use last two channel strips to fine-tune your stereo mix from a PC or Mac using the internal USB audio interface. Furthermore, there are three aux outputs for three different monitor mixes.

Professional possibilities

Connect any number of vocal or instrument mics and line level devices to the ProFX30v2 and use the integrated phantom power when using condenser mics. Each channel strip has its own 3-band equalizer with adjustable mid-tone frequency for creating a balanced mix. You can also activate digital effects and control the volume of each per channel. If you're a seasoned audio technician, you'll be sure to appreciate submasters, which allow you to group multiple channels under one fader.
