The DAP GIG-124C is a practical mixer that has been equipped with every conceivable feature! Accurate, balanced mixing of, for instance, four microphone signals is no problem whatsoever. Each of the first four microphone channels is provided with a 3-band equalizer as well as a compressor, so that you can adjust the volume peak suppression - to allow for great sounding and clearly audible speech and vocals. With the equalizer you can adjust the timbre to the acoustics of the space in which you are working.

Connectors of the GIG-124C

Besides four full-fledged mic channels, the GIG-124C also offers two mono/stereo and two stereo channels, to which you can connect instruments like keyboard and guitar or CD/DVD players, a laptop or MP3 player. In the case of media players, it is highly practical that the last two channels can also use RCA cables, instead of jack cables. The final mix is transmitted to active PA speakers or an amplifier via two XLR or jack outputs. Furthermore, you are provided with Control room and headphone outputs.

A serious stage mixer

The DAP Audio GIG-124C is excellently suited for those who want to produce a serious stage mix. Connect the unit to one or two monitor speakers on stage with the AUX sends, so that the musicians or speakers on stage can hear themselves properly. With the various AUX controls you can adjust how loud each channel is heard out of the monitor speaker. The GRP are also highly practical, as they let you make a selection of the channels, which you can send to a separate stereo output. If you are so minded, you can extend the mixer with an optional MP3 playback or recording module or a Bluetooth module.
