General
La Digiface de RME es una interfaz de audio con conectividad ADAT y S/PDIF con tu ordenador. Es bien pequeña y encima se instala fácilmente porque es plug and play. La interfaz incluye cuatro entradas y salidas ópticas ADAT, entradas y salidas S/PDIF y una salida de auriculares de alta calidad de 6,35mm. La gran ventaja de esta versión USB de la Digiface, es que no te hace falta ningún cargador o enchufe ya que se alimenta a través de la propia conexión USB. Además es compatible con SMUX y SMUX4, por lo que tienes garantizada una buena señal a 192 kHz en todo momento.
TotalMix
Gracias a la conexión óptica ADAT tienes un máximo de 32 canales de entrada y salida. El canal 33 y 34 sin embargo, lo tienes reservado para TotalMix, un mezclador de routing (enrutamiento) de RME con el que prácticamente no hay límites para el routing ni de opciones de mezcla. Con ello, puedes monitorizar lo que quieras y como quieras. Cada puerto es compatible tanto con ADAT óptico (8 canales) y S/PDIF (estéreo), y la propia interfaz detecta la señal correcta y la asigna automáticamente. También en todas todas las salidas de hardware tienes un medidor de picos y RMS para un resultado de alta precisión.

DE RME Digiface USB is een geweldige oplossing als je meerdere synthesizers en/of drummachines hebt die je tegelijkertijd wilt opnemen. Je kan er gerust 4 audio interfaces op aansluiten. Ook heb je een interne clock in de Digiface zitten zodat je de audio interfaces als 'Slave' kan gebruiken. Er is geen vertraging en de audiokwaliteit is echt geweldig! De software die je kan gebruiken voor de Digiface, Totalmix FX, is net hetzelfde zoals die voor de andere producten van RME. Hier kan je zelf alle kanalen hernoemen zoals je wilt, en al alle niveaus aanpassen voordat het geluid naar je DAW gaat. Je kan er zelfs ook een digitale patchbay van maken. Zeker een aanrader!

Super kastje, ik kan nu mijn 2 Focusrite Saffire PROs weer gebruiken op de laatste MacOS versies door middel van ADAT connecties! Wat een super oplossing als je oude geluidskaarten met ADAT IN/OUT niet meer worden ondersteund.

This is a great interface with rock solid software / drivers.
It aggregates my Kemper and ADDA IOs for recording and monitoring.
With the TotalMix routing options I've removed my Monitor controller from the chain, allowing a purer representation between the DAW and my speakers.
Recommended.
